Tuesday Night Broasted Chicken
Four piece dinner, includes mashed potato and gravy, vegetables, cornbread, and cranberry sauce.

Wednesday Night Rib Night
Slow smoked pork ribs with our housemade BBQ sauce or hot honey dijon, served with a baked potato, creamy slaw and corn bread. Full or half rack available.

Thursday Fish Fry (starts at 4 pm)
Traditional Wisconsin fish fry, featuring deep-fried lake perch, bluegill, shrimp or cod. Served with slaw, rye bread and choice of tater tots, French fries or red potato salad (sides available for fish fry only).

Friday Night Fish (starts at 4 pm)
Pan-fried Walleye with grilled garlic potato, slaw and light rye.
Baked Haddock with a baked potato, slaw and light rye.
Grilled Cajun Catfish with red beans and rice, slaw and dark rye.
Pan-Fried Catfish with red beans and rice, slaw and light rye.

Saturday Smoked Brisket Sandwich
Smoked in-house on grilled garlic bread, with caramelized onions, sweet & spicy pickles, coleslaw and side of the moment.
Sunday Prime Rib
The Plate- Slow-roasted prime rib with featured vegetable, garlic mashed potatoes, dinner roll and a side of our burgundy au jus.
The Sandwich- Sliced prime rib served on grilled garlic bread with au jus, served with coleslaw and side of the moment.
